Since it arrived, we’ve been using our 100% Certified Organic Quinoa as a substitute for rice and in soups. The preparation is almost exactly the same as rice so just bring two cups of water to the boil, add one cup of Quinoa, cover and simmer for 14-16 minutes and let it stand covered for 3 minutes.
